 James Chou - President

James immigrated from Taiwan in 1982 and founded Dickens the same year. With his imagination and creativity, innovative cards such as "Musical Cards", "Sound Effects Cards",  and "LED Lighted Musical" were born. Through his direction, Dickens has become the largest distributor of greeting cards in the country. James is committed to improving the  livelihood of all co-workers and helping small businesses find a formula to not only survive, but prosper.
 James is also an avid hobbyist of marine fish and coral reef, when he is not busy, he spends most of his time talking to the fish or whistling to the birds.

Ken Wagner - Vice President, Marketing

Before joining Dickens in 1998, Ken was in charge of running a chain with over 100 stores, and previously was also a Store Manager for Kmart. Ken handles all the marketing campaigns for Dickens and is also responsible for product purchasing.

Lester Rhee - Vice President, Operations

Lester joined Dickens in 1999 and heads the daily operation of the company. In addition to having over a decade of experience in the greeting card industry, he holds a BA in Economics from the University at Albany and an MBA in Management from Stony Brook University.

Paul Voisin - National Sales Manager

Paul draws on many years of experience in the greeting card industry to lead the sales direction for Dickens. Prior to joining Dickens in 1995, he served as Territory Manager for American Greetings.
