OUR REPRESENTATIVES

Our customers are serviced by a group of dedicated and hard working field represenatatives who love their work and are honest to their customers. Many are former store owners and have been with us for almost 30 years. Here are some of the familiar names and faces:

Max Levy

Besides owning a clothing manufacturing business for over 30 years, Max also ran a card and gift store for over 12 years. He is a service oriented individual who understands the needs of retailers. Max is a WWII veteran and graduate of LIU.

Joel Seiff

A Dickens representative since 1998, Joel gained extensive business experience as a entrepreneur when he successfully built up his successful clothing company. With a history of excellent service and building strong relationships, he is willing to do what it takes to help our retailers succeed.

Mike Herman

Mike has plenty of previous experience in the greeting card/gift industry and is working diligently to help retailers meet their goals and maximize their profits. He has previously owned a Hallmark store for 8 years, and has 10 years of experience working as a representative in the gift industry for several rep groups. Mike has been with Dickens since 1997 and is eager to use his experience to work with retailers to find a formula for success.

 Bob Olkowski

Bob is ready to help area retailers succeed with the knowledge he has gained in over 45 years in the greeting card industry. He has previously worked as a representative for publishers such as Paramount and Gibson, and is experienced in servicing the needs of major chains (such as Macy's) as well as individual retail stores.

Kevin Crimmins

Kevin has a well-rounded portfolio of previous business experience. Besides owning a card and party goods store for over 10 years, he has also worked as a General Manager for Brunswick Corporation, handled Sales for Hershey, and worked as a rep for Paramount for more than a decade. He has been working with Dickens since 2006 and is happy to use his experience to help retailers meet the challenges of running a store.
