With the change of the market, we started working with Faire in 2023, and many accounts have bought more than $20,000 a year from us as shown on this linked screen shots from Faire.  How to combine the strength of Faire and local reps like you has become the major challenge for all vendors, and we have the following solutions to benefit both of us.

ANY ORDER PLACED ON FAIRE WITH YOUR “PROMO CODE”

If you are interested in becoming our rep for sales of our products on Faire,  

  1. Please fill in the application form, a “Personal ID” will be assigned to you if you are hired. 

  2. When you are ready to invite friend retailers to buy our products on Faire, please email us at support@dcgreetings.com with your “Personal ID” requesting a “Promo code”.  Within 24 hours, we will email you a personalized “Promo code” such as “DK1SH03D10E0731” which contains, 

    DK1 Vendor ID 

    SH03 Your “Personal ID” 

    D10 10% discount  

    E0718 Code expired by 7/31/25 

  3. Periodically we will send you a copy of our sales campaign emails from Faire or our office, you can forward it to your retailers or download a flyer from our website.  Please make sure your personalized “Promo code” is included in your emails or flyers, and that your retailers use it when they check out.  

  4. 10% commission for all Faire orders each month which contain your “Promo code” will be paid by the 20th of the following month. 

Frequently asked questions. 

Q. How do I verify that I have received the agreed commission for Faire orders which contain my “Promo code”? 

A. Currently you will not be able to verify easily, you just have to trust us.    

Q. Can I have a “Promo code” with a longer expiration date? 

A. Faire only allows us to issue a “Promo code” which expires within 14 days.  For example, if the “Promo code” is issued on 7/4/25, it will expire on 7/18/25. You need to contact us again for a new “Promo code” if it is expired. 

Q. Can the retailers use the “Promo code” for ordering direct from Dickens? 

A. No.  Currently the “Promo code” can only be used when ordering from Faire. 

Q. Are the discount and commission always 10%? 

A. No, the discount and commission can be different based on different vendors and times.  The percentage of discount can be found in our emailed “Promo code” such as “D10” for 10%, “D05” for 5%, and commission rate will be advised in the same email. 

Q. How many vendors do you have? 

A. Currently we only have one, but many vendors are waiting to join us. 

Q. Do you provide me with a copy of the invoice for each shipment with my “Promo code”? 

A. No.  Currently we only provide you with a monthly commission statement.  

Q. How do you calculate the amount for 10% commission? 

A. 10% commission will be based on the “Payout total” which we have received from Faire.   

Q. Can the retailers use my “Promo code” for more than one order? 

A. Yes, as long as the retailers use your “Promo code” before the expiration date. 

Q. Will I get paid for commission if retailers placed orders on Faire by using my “Promo code” which they received from other retailers? 

A. Yes, the “Promo code” is linked to you, not to any particular retailer.
